Flu shots fail (its not your mind)

CDC Admits Flu Shots Fail Half the Time

by Barbara Loe Fisher

Americans have never been big fans of flu shots. During the 2009 “swine flu” influenza A pandemic, only about 40 percent of adults bothered to roll up their sleeves. Last year, flu vaccine rates were still just 47 percent for adults but pediatricians had vaccinated 75 percent of children under two years old.

Perhaps it is because parents are being thrown out of pediatricians’ offices if they don’t give their children every federally recommended vaccine – or maybe it is just because adults can talk about how they felt after getting vaccinated and infants and children under age two cannot.

How many times has someone told you: “The year I got a flu shot is the only year I got sick” or maybe you learned that the hard way yourself after getting vaccinated.

Doctors insist that just because we get sick with a fever, headache, body aches and a terrible cough that hangs on for weeks after getting vaccinated, it doesn’t mean the vaccine made us sick. They say it was just a “coincidence” because correlation does not equal causation.

Well, that may be true some of the time, but now the CDC is admitting that flu shots don’t prevent influenza most of the time…

My Comment,    When I test stuff in my laboratory (body),  and it doesn’t get the job done – thats good enuff for me.  Took a flu shot decades ago and directly thereafter, got the flu.  There is just no way I’d ever take a second one.  Once I spent time and energy looking into what the shots are, whats in them  — I decided they weren’t for me — the only question in my mind was “How can they get away with that?”  This vaccination thing is so far out of order, I don’t see how it can be deemed other than criminal.  Protestations of safety have never met ANY  standards of proof – ever.  To the contrary, there is amazing mounting evidence that the volume and severity of injury, especially to children who deserve our protection against abuse of any kind whatsoever, and are MOST VULNERABLE as their immune systems haven’t fully developed to the point of being able to withstand that kind of onslaught! . . .  .   . Over and over again for years on end.  Every inoculation of whatever description carries toxins (poison) and is not good for us.  As they say, the proof  is in the pudding.  Even fifty years ago, autism and  other neurological dysfunction was a rarity, but commonplace today.  Gotta consider. . .what’s changed?

Well, it  looks like we are being not only underserved by medicine, but menaced by it – all while legitimized  by legal authority and even exempt from liability.  What kind of legal system grants such a license to maim and kill while simultaneously removing our individual rights to due process under the law?  I don’t make this stuff up, just saying what I’m seeing.   Jan

  1. Hi Jan. I had a flu shot many years ago. I also got the flu right after this so never again. I have to have a B12 shot every two months and I wonder what else is in the injection besides the B12. I don’t know how to find this out.

    • So good to hear from you Mary. . been a while. You’re right, we all need the B vitamins and it is high on my A-list! I’m hoping you recall my passion for fermented vegetables. I have posted on it several times from 2008 and forward. Since I learned how to make them, I’ve never been short on this need. Mary it’s so easy to do and remain supplied. The variances are endless per your own tastes. Now that the weather is warmer, it can take 5-8 or so days. I bring the cooler up from the basement and do several of those big 2-3 liter jars with attached lids in it. I don’t play around with it as much as I used to, just use the Cuisinart to grate up carrots, lots of cabbage (red and/or white), garlic and onions in everything I make, any colorful peppers or fresh herbs. No salt (inhibits fermentation some say). Make a little brine with distilled water and few stalks of celery to pour over all. Mix and squeeze with hands till seems to mash up a bit, then stuff into those jars; push and tamp down as much as can using masher or balled stick-like tool, then pour over brine til veggie is covered. Take reserved whole leaves of cabbage, fold over and push into jar to keep the veggies under fluid – important. I have a bunch of wine-bottle corks, so I place some atop of all, then secure lid. My first effort (lessen), I had placed the jars high on a shelf in my pantry. As they sat up there, they began to leak and created rather a big mess. Ergo, I use my ‘picnic cooler’ on the floor of my pantry ever since. The jars can leak all they want- its part of the process of fermentation [releasing gases]. That fluid is good stuff, but I’m a VIRGO, looks like waste product to me! So Heidi laps it up when I give it to her. . .or I pour onto my plants. Waste not – want not.

I had always had a hard time keeping my body adequately fed w/B’s. . and that is why I started in the first place. There isn’t another single food source which is anywhere near as close to filling that need. No pill in the world! And of course, the shots are a nuisance and expensive, doctor’s visit and so on. The other main reason and usual one for most people, is that the fermented veggies will all by its own, restock the vital intestinal flora therein — without which our guts can’t serve us well and take care of so many of our body’s needs. The gut is like our second brain in our body, and of course – the home of our immune system. So its a massive Win-Win. Take some with your meals (spoonfuls to 1/4 cup). Everything about your body will be happier. As to those shots. . haven’t a clue, sorry dear friend. As you might remember, I don’t visit doctors for anything. Don’t be a stranger, I’ve missed you . . your friend, Jan

    • Latisha, if you found something that helps you, by all means, thank your cousin for being concerned and loving to you. But I do thank you for taking the time to share with me. My whole effort is one of trying to encourage people to question everything and NOT be bullied into becoming lifelong “captive patients” of medicines, — prescriptions or Over-the-Counter, which all impart toxins and more problems to our under-nourished bodies.

Theory is flat-out simple, first stop doing the stuff which hurts our body, and 2nd, eat the most simple, natural, wholesome food-stuff you can (afford) and get. Our body can be magic, self-healing and very good at serving our needs. You see they were designed divinely . . . no mistakes, there! Be happy, be well, Jan
