David’s Xmas video

This dynamite presentation from David Wolfe came on Christmas day, but I didn’t get to it.  Though it will only be up for a short time — still, I wanted you to have an opportunity to enjoy David doing what he does so well,  spreading information on “superfoods” and many herbs we’d like to know more about and what to do with them.   It’s kinda long, but I totally enjoyed it and think you will too. . . so let the Christmas Joy spread.    Here’s wishing you are all having a meaningful and loving time during this beautiful season.  Jan
