“INDEX”

Hello again, In the early stages of setting up my blog, I agonized over which ‘theme’ to choose.  In the end, I was totally satisfied with this one which met all my so-called needs.  Because of its general layout, there is no way to show the full content to visitors who may be looking for something in particular, and so,  this section is that which is NOT about smoke cessation. Health matters and almost anything which contributes to overall well-being strike my fancy.    The titles can be displayed in a more or less permanent fashion under their own heading – e.g.  Health – General;  Dr. Mc Dougall;  Dr Mercola;  Jan’s musings;  and so on.    The major rub as I see it is the infernal gut-stuff I contend with in naming my posts.  Turns out, it still may be a bit iffy as to what the post is all about judging by the title. Using what is called ‘pagination’,  at the bottom of the page will be numbers of following pages relating to the above subjects.  Just click on the number to find the selections of choice.  Then pop the title into “category” or “search”  to bring up the post.  Or go to the date (month and year) and select there.
