Want to share a small video with you today from Matt Monarh and Angela Stokes Monarh who recently had their first baby (little Oria), a natural birth done at their home in their huge bathtub – - with no help. Smart couple and kinda brave if you ask me. But I’m jazzed over the way they choose for themselves. It took Angela less than two hours once her water broke to deliver their precious girl. They keep sending the video snippets and I keep watching because they are one dynamic couple, have a very good on-line site for buying all kinds of organic or Raw stuff . . . anyway, you have to love that they are walking the walk, not just hot air.
